Instructional/E-Learning Designer Jobs

As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for developing and designing effective user guides, training videos, and learning material for customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design in the software industry, excellent project management skills, and a passion for creating engaging and impactful learning experiences.

Please Note: This is a hybrid role and you must be willing to commute to our office in Katy, TX

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic reviews and updates of existing training materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Gain a deep understanding of the product offerings to develop training material to address customer and internal team needs.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality training solutions.
• Collaborate with implementation, support, success, and sales teams to identify customer training needs and goals.
• Develop assessments and evaluation measures to assess the effectiveness and impact of training programs.
• Design and develop innovative and interactive learning materials, including user guides, training material and training videos.

Qualifications

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with graphic design, video editing, and animation tools is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise learning materials.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and best practices in training and development.
• Authorized to work in the United States (we do not sponsor visas)
• Bachelor's degree in content development, instructional design, education, instructional technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using authoring tools, video recording, and multimedia development software.
• 2-5 years of proven experience as an Instructional Designer, preferably in the software industry.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
