Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the coordination and administration of all Human Resources policies, processes, and programs for A&D Narigi Consulting, LLC, to include benefits administration, screening and reference checks for prospective hourly/salary candidates, risk management, as well as maintaining all personnel files and record retention relating to benefits, workers compensation, and other reporting duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: Two years comparable human resources management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, human resources, and general business experience.
• Minimum Education: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business, or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute.
• Advanced computer skills including, data entry, data processing, communication tools and software, payroll and human resources software, Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat.
