Position Summary:
We are working with a professional Law Firm in Downtown Houston, seeking to hire an HR & Recruiting Coordinator for their office. This position is a Direct Hire opportunity, you would be a permanent employee from day 1 and eligible for the excellent benefits that the company offers! This is an in-office position, located in zip code 77002 – please make sure you can commute to this location daily. After 90 days, you will be eligible for a hybrid schedule based on performance. Monday – Friday, standard business hours with the ability to work overtime as needed, especially during busy seasons. We can provide full details about the job description during the interview process with us. This position will be to provide support to the Director of HR, Recruitment, and Diversity & Inclusion Manager.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Providing daily support functions to HR and Recruiting departments
• Support with Attorney Recruitment process
• Correspondence with candidates through the interview process
• Assist with employee engagement activities – contests, health challenges, internal events, lunches, happy hours, and webinars
• Data Entry and Expense reporting
• Other duties as assigned
Skills/Knowledge:
• Strong MS Office skills and technology skills
• Excellent typing skills, grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service oriented
• Availability to work in office daily and overtime as needed

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required
