Role Overview

Your Responsibilities
Execute bi-monthly payroll processing for a dynamic team of 400+ dedicated individuals.
Lead engaging new hire onboarding experiences, providing comprehensive payroll and benefits orientation.
Skillfully manage and administer leave of absence requests, streamlining paperwork processes.
Oversee the enrollment of benefits, meticulously reviewing new hire enrollments, and guaranteeing accurate payroll deductions.
Collaborate with the team to generate insightful reports, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
Maintain organized personnel files, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times.
