Job Description

FlexTek Resources has teamed up with a growing Aviation company to fill a need for a Human Resources Coordinator. This position will be 100% onsite and looking to hire immediately. Are you looking for that next adventure?

This position will support the HR manager.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Background checks for pre-employment and annual exams.
  • Onboarding and orienting new employees.
  • Maintain HR information systems, payroll records, and compliance reporting.
  • Ensure policies, procedures, guidelines updating, and constant communication.
  • Coordination and help with all stages of employee relations.
  • Drug screens including prescreen, Randoms, and post-accident.
  • Preform any other duties as assigned.


  • Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of full – cycle recruiting
  • Qualifications:2 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Experience in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Employee relations and employment law experience
