Job Description
Looking for an HR Coordinator to join an established and successful construction services firm in the Plano, TX area. This company is one of the leaders in the industry with offices all throughout Texas and the United States. This company offers competitive compensation and great benefits, and they also value work/life balance.


This is an on-site position requiring office attendance; however, there will always be flexibility when needed. This HR Coordinator will report to the Director of Human Resources and work closely with executive level staff.


Responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to the following:


  • Onboarding
  • Tracking Candidates
  • Running Background Checks
  • Offboarding
  • Participate in Career Fairs
  • Employment Verification
  • Assisting in the Recruiting Process
  • Employee Evaluations


Requirements


  • Able to manage working in a fast-paced environment
  • HR experience should include understanding of day-to-day HR practices and procedures
  • SHRM-CP credential a plus
  • Minimum of 2+ years of HR experience
  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience with Google Drive, HRIS software, NetSuite is a plus
