Job Description

HR Administrator

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid, 3 days minimum onsite)

Duration: Full Time

Interview mode: Video

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ year’s experience

High School Degree Required

Excellent phone etiquette

Good verbal communication skills

Punctual

Strong MS Office Skills, Outlook, PPT, Excel, Word


Responsibilities

•In this role you will be responsible for supporting recruiting processes, on-boarding, answering all HR related questions, leading recognition, supporting HR systems and data needs

Data Management ( AP/ Payroll and HR Reporting)

•Assists with tracking of all training records and required training needs

Office Work (Copies, organizing work areas, data entry)
