Job Description
Job Title: Human Resource Administrator
Location: Evadale, TX, 77615
Duration: 6 Months
Pay rate: $20.00/Hr. On W2
Job Summary
  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Specialist to serve as the face of the company for employees and candidates to the facility.
  • You will support the Sr HR Manager, Sr Business Partner HR and Sr HR Representative and other staff with administrative duties in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Schedule, coordinate and manage candidate interviews, meetings/conference calls and related activities including all on-site meeting logistics and assist in onboarding activities.
  • Assist with candidate visits to the facility, welcome all guests, and direct employees to
  • Assist with ordering and maintenance of department office supplies, maintaining proper inventory levels for designated areas.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Prioritize daily routines and be flexible to accommodate changing priorities.
  • Perform clerical and administrative responsibilities including file creation, maintenance, and retention in addition to mailing, shipping, and errands.
Requirements
  • Must be detail-oriented with great organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • 5+ years of administrative support, customer service, HR and/or payroll experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. with equivalent experience
  • Ability to set priorities, achieve deadlines, and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Strong analytical skills with moderate experience in leveraging Microsoft Excel to manipulate data and run reports.
  • Demonstrated successful track record of effective problem-solving.
  • Possess strong collaboration skills with stakeholders across functions.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver messages to internal customers and external candidates.
