This is a contract position. You select, engage on jobs, then submit your candidates to open positions. When your candidate gets hired, you earn the payout displayed.

The Recruiter will source, identify and contact potential candidates to fill open job roles handled by the agency, also research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This is position is ideal for a highly motivated individual looking to increase his income with an amazing team in a friendly working environment while working from home.

Qualifications

• Professional written and oral communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence prospects
• Have leadership ambitions
• Experience and comfort with making cold calls, sending emails and scheduling interviews.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
• 2 Year of experience in a sales role or recruitment role selling products or talent acquisition services
• Ability to take and provide constructive feedback
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics

This position is 100% commission, the recruiter consultant will be paid based on the amount of placements per month.

• Previous experience in sourcing/recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Is determined to locate matching candidates and schedules phone screens, zooms/teams or in person interviews.
• Makes judgment and assessment on skills sets and work experience that match existing open jobs to be filled.
• Performs reference and background checks on candidates as needed
• Negotiates salaries
• Recruitment Activity: Screens and interviews candidates to evaluate work history, skills, competencies, education, compensation etc.
• Builds a candidate base through networking, leads, referrals, cold calling efforts, past clients, and other avenues; consistently develops and grows new and existing client bas
• Sets candidate interview appointments with clients and follows up with both parties regarding feedback
• Predominately sources candidates through Social Medias, and other methods of finding passive candidates.
• Counsels and advises candidates regarding their objectives and career goals
