Job Description

Administrative Assistant III

US Remote

4-month contract with conversion to a permanent position

$23 to $28 per hour

:

Our client is needing a seasoned, self-driven Administrative Assistant to assist two executives with digital payments and technology. Responsibilities include travel arrangements, expense reports, and meetings (setting up Webex and on-site, taking notes, meeting materials, and resource requirements). The ideal candidate will have experience in the Fintech space, as well as possess an associate degree.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with setting up travel and spearheading meetings
  • Working knowledge of MS Office / Teams / Webex / SharePoint / Concur
  • 6+ years of Administrative Assistant experience

Bonus/Soft Skills:

  • Experience in the Fintech industry
  • Associate degree
