- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Problem solver with the ability to swiftly address challenges in high-pressure situations

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and technology that supports collaboration
- Ability to navigate an organization to get administrative tasks done
- Open requisitions in the company ATS system.
- Support the execution of best-in-class experiences by delivering prompt, detailed, and personable communication to executive-level talent, both internally and externally.
- Suggest ongoing improvements in the coordination of executive searches to improve candidate and client experience.
- Help Executive Recruiters monitor referrals and track recruiting communications.
- Assist executive recruiters in the creation of status reports, position profiles, target lists and other search strategy documents.
- Provide other administrative support as needed to the executive recruiting team.
- Create search projects in the Executive Recruiting Platform and assist in the maintenance of the search flow and data. Be a champion for accurate and timely data entry and integrity.
- Arrange candidate travel and lodging and process candidate reimbursements.
- Work with executive recruiters to complete offer forms and offer letters.
- Collaborate with executive recruiters, senior leaders, administrative assistants, and candidates, to schedule kick off calls, status update meetings, interviews, and post-interview alignment meetings. Participate in these meetings as needed to remain informed and to help facilitate the process.
- Follow up on interview feedback as required by executive recruiters.
- Build trusted partnerships across the organization while serving as a key point of contact
- Assist with the planning and execution of recruiting related events.
- Maintain accurate and updated data across recruiting tools and dashboards (i.e., candidate profiles).
- Work with the executive TA specialist to order candidate gifts as needed.
