Job Description

opus1.io is growing fast and hiring! We help music schools operate and grow their music schools more efficiently and we need help making getting more schools on-board!


Looking for a full time Support / Customer Success / Product Specialist / Zapier Integration expert.


  • Assist and support new customers in evaluating opus1.io, setting up their account, all their settings, make sure all their technical questions are answered over email, chat and video conference calls
  • Demo new features, record and publish short demos and tutorial videos, maintain knowledge base and FAQs
  • Manage end to end customer onboarding projects (requirements gathering, detailed account setting up, data migration, training and hands on assistance)
  • Reproduce issues from existing customers and log bugs and issues for our development team to address


  • Work is fully remote, as long as you are available on US business hours (most our customers are in US and Canada for now but we are expanding to Asia / Pacific and Europe). 5 days including Saturday availabilities are required.
  • A passion for listening to customers and assist them in their journey evaluating, onboarding and using opus1.io
  • Great communication (English), hands-on, enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and quickly become an expert on opus1.io platform, and most importantly understanding our customers pain points and business processes
  • Technical background (Internet / Web technologies) and understanding of basic business operations (Billing / Payments / Scheduling)
  • Proven hands-on expertise with Zapier or equivalent, SaaS 2 SaaS integration / webhooks
  • Experience hosting product demo & webinars
  • Proven hands-on experience with setting up CRMs / ERPs & Saas / Internet applications
