Responsibilities


  • Act as the primary point of contact for specific employer customers
  • Facilitate the transition from implementation to go-live and support client self-sufficiency
  • Develop customer-facing success plans and identify opportunities for improvement

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer success manager or similar role
  • History of driving successful change and improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong sense of ownership and drive for excellence
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
