Job Description

About Venminder:

Venminder offers a world-class SaaS platform that guides and streamlines third-party risk management. Venminder’s platform helps users collaborate on all thing's vendor-related and guides through critical processes such as oversight management, contract management, risk assessments, due diligence requirements, questionnaires, SLA management, vendor onboarding, and more.


About the opportunity:


This position is responsible for the support of Venminder’s client base via chat, email and phone. The specialist is also responsible for having expert knowledge of Venminder software, to quickly identify alternative resolutions to the client’s vendor management processes. The Client Support Specialist should be available to support Virtual Vendor Management Office (VVMO) as needed.



What you'll do:



  • Answer inbound calls, chats, and e-mails within defined time limit
  • Conduct individual or group software training, when needed
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at the institution
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Complete special projects in a timely manner as assigned


What you'll bring:


  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent



Core Competencies:


  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving atmosphere
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-task, high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
