Job Description

University Startups is hiring a Customer Success Manager


We are looking for a talented and driven individual with a passion for helping millions of students find a pathway to college, internships, experience, and new career opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Able to lead teams and work collaboratively
  • Must be able to anticipate the needs of and respond promptly to customers
  • Can provide a deep attention to detail, employ critical thinking and act as a self starter
  • Ability to provide white glove onboarding experience for customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Live in D.C., northern Virginia or Maryland (willing to move)
  • Empathy, inclusivity and a dedication to lifelong learning are required for this position
  • Seasoned educator with a deep understanding of K12 educational structures
  • Proactive and engaging team member
  • Experience with teacher training
