Customer Success & Business Development Specialist

The Customer Success and Business Development Specialist is a versatile role that supports the customer service, operations, and sales teams. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to identify and implement process improvements. This role can be located anywhere.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Develop and document customer service policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Work with the customer service team to improve the customer experience.

Business Development

• Support the creation and management of marketing databases and data sets
• Support the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Coordinate handoff of interested (warm) leads to sales rep based on outbound activities
• Support the marketing team with ad-hoc requests
• Assist the sales team to manage books of business and grow the business.
• Perform outbound sales activities, including lead & demand generation via outbound email and contact info collection

Qualifications:

• Experience with ESP software and outbound marketing practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service, business operations, or sales role.
• Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
