The Customer Success and Business Development Specialist is a versatile role that supports the customer service, operations, and sales teams. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to identify and implement process improvements. This role can be located anywhere.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Develop and document customer service policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Work with the customer service team to improve the customer experience.
Business Development
- Support the creation and management of marketing databases and data sets
- Support the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Coordinate handoff of interested (warm) leads to sales rep based on outbound activities
- Support the marketing team with ad-hoc requests
- Assist the sales team to manage books of business and grow the business.
- Perform outbound sales activities, including lead & demand generation via outbound email and contact info collection
Qualifications:
- Experience with ESP software and outbound marketing practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service, business operations, or sales role.
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
