Responsibilities

• Foster client success and satisfaction through every interaction, nurturing trust
• Collaborate across departments to provide valuable insights from client interactions
• Innovate our tools, processes, and team structure for optimal client experiences
• Achieve 100% compliance with established Service Level Agreements
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Customer Success Team

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proficiency in building and maintaining comprehensive knowledge bases
• Effective prioritization and multitasking in a fast-evolving environment
• Proven experience in leading a client success team within a B2B environment
• Advanced technical skills

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience successfully managing a high-performance customer service team
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Meticulous attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Zendesk
• Master's degree in business management or related field

Location and Hours:

• This is a full-time remote position
• Hours are 9-6PM EST
