Foresight is seeking a motivated and driven Customer Success Manager to join our team! - Develop tailored success plans, channel feedback to Product team.
- Customize solutions for unique customer needs, collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Own escalations, ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Identify upselling opportunities through engagement analysis.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, serve as a trusted advisor.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
