Job Description

Hub-scale is partnered with a Series A Tel-Aviv HQ'd SaaS Security vendor hiring a 1st boots on the ground Customer Success Manager to support their expansion into the US.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with engineering and product to ensure timely response to customer requests and issues.
  • Drive customer awareness to new product features.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure continuous satisfaction from the platform and achievement of their business objectives.
  • Act as the voice of the customer for product roadmap prioritization.
  • Drive customer renewals, upsells and expansions.


About You

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success Management.
  • Detail-oriented – able to capture proper information correctly and accurately.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with senior customer executives and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and organization skills.
  • Prior experience in the cybersecurity MUST.
  • Prior experience with an Israeli vendor preferred.
