Entry-Level Customer Success - Delivery Manager

*This role is temporary, part-time (Approx Aug - Dec 2023), with the potential to grow to a permanent position. Hours are flexible and may be available for nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

The Delivery Manager Customer Success team is responsible for managing message routing to healthcare providers within the careMESH platform. Successful applicants will:

• Make updates to information in the careMESH database
• Conduct web research and/or contact a provider office when updated contact information is needed
• Ensure professional interactions at all times with customer and provider organizations
• Escalate delivery workflow issues and other technical concerns to careMESH technical support
• Monitor the careMESH Delivery Management UI and ensure timely message delivery

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or work experience to demonstrate comparable skill set.
• Strong in conducting web research
• US-based applicants only.
• Trustworthy and able to abide by the requirements of HIPAA to protect Patient Health Information.
• Effective oral and written communication
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with technology, including Google Suite, Slack, etc.
• Passionate about patient care and ensuring a high-quality product
