Job Description

Primary Skills: Workfront strategy, adoption, health, growth, solution-driven.


Remote position working with Enterprise Accounts M and above. Responsible for partnering with clients on their Workfront strategy and providing support for adoption, health, growth, and other solution-driven needs. Collaboration with other CSMs and contribution to internal best practices is required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in maintaining the health and growth of their Workfront solution
  • Collaborate with other CSMs in the Workfront CS Org
  • Establish regular meetings to meet and work with clients
  • Contribute to internal CSM best practices
  • Work closely with Enterprise Accounts M and above on their Workfront strategy and adoption


Must-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of Workfront capabilities and integration with other products
  • Strong customer-facing skills and ability to interact with stakeholders in the Adobe ecosystem.
  • Experience as a CSM or Consultant
