Customer Service Supervisor - National Remote ($46700.00 - $91300.00 / Year)

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc.
• Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes and expertise
• Set priorities to ensure task completion and meet performance goals
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews, including corrective action
• Coordinate and supervise daily/weekly/monthly activities of team members

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work full-time Sunday - Saturday with flexibility to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00am - 10:00pm CST, with occasional overtime
• 5+ years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office, claims, or customer service environment
• 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
• High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent years of work experience
• Proficiency with Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service experience

• Ability to multitask and understand multiple products and levels of benefits

Telecommuting Requirements

• Must have a dedicated work area established, separate from living areas, that provides information privacy
• Must live in a location with access to a Hiring Company approved high-speed internet connection or utilize an existing high-speed internet service
• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
