Position Overview:

As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning, organizing, and booking their travel arrangements. You will provide expert advice, excellent customer service, and personalize their travel to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Create and customized travel itineraries.
• Utilize computer reservation systems, online booking platforms, and supplier networks.
• Respond promptly to clients' inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Provide exceptional customer service:
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations and attractions.
• Attend events, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your knowledge of expertise.
• Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and health and safety advisories.
