Job Description


The Customer Service Support 2 - Customer Enabling will support routine customer enabling activities of the order management process and will help execute well established customer service activities with regards to order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment. In this role, you will assist in achieving streamlined and optimized internal processes that promote a seamless customer experience.


Job Duties


Order entry via EDI into AS400 ERP System and SAP system, communication with customers via e-mail, working in Microsoft Suite, working with customer portals to schedule order shipments/deliveries. Other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum Qualifications*High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent*Two years of related work experience.


Minimum Requirements


  • Self-motivated, ability to work remotely
  • PROFICIENT & able to effectively work with MS Office (Word/Excel/Teams/Outlook)
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Professional attitude
  • Previous experience with EDI transactions required - AS400 ERP Experience a plus
  • Previous customer service experience required (minimum 3+ years in RELEVANT customer service role)
  • Strong multitasking skills a must
