Title: Customer Service Representative - Remote Position (after training)
Location: Lewisville, TX
Start Date: June 19, 2023
Work Remotely - Full remote work available after an on-site training period of 6-8 weeks.
Pay: $13.50/hour (pay increases to $15/hour upon permanent placement)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10am-7pm shift, with flexibility to work a day shift on Saturdays. Enjoy your Sundays off!
Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers with inquiries and troubleshooting their garage door systems or wireless devices.
Providing excellent service by redirecting customers to appropriate support channels when needed.
Recommending local dealers for service and addressing warranty coverage inquiries.
Managing inbound calls and corresponding with customers via phone and email.
Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Requirements
A strong customer service mindset - no prior experience required.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
