Position Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of our team, assisting Medicaid providers and clients with inquiries related to eligibility, medical claims status, and program-related questions. You'll play a crucial role in resolving issues, ensuring that each interaction is handled with the utmost courtesy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to phone inquiries promptly, providing clear and concise information.
Document all interactions accurately in online logs.
Transfer callers to other Call Center units when necessary.
Maintain individual performance standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Availability for any 8-hour shift between 7 am to 7 pm.
Flexibility during the first 90 days to accommodate scheduling requests.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attendance and performance.
Location: Austin, TX preferred. Remote work is subject to business needs and performance and may change to onsite in the future.
