Business Development Manager / Sales Representative

We are a rapidly expanding business designing custom Discord servers for Web2 and Web3 clients. We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Representative to join our remote team. Your primary responsibility will be identifying potential clients, generating leads, and securing sales for our Discord server creation services.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Actively seek out potential clients in the Web2 and Web3 space through networking, social media, and other channels.
• Maintain and expand our client database.
• Present and promote our custom Discord server creation services to prospective clients.
• Generate leads and establish new business relationships.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services.

Requirements:

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Discord and its features is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Compensation:

• This position is 100% remote and commission-based.
