Overview The Sales Development Representative Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and executing training and enablement programs for sales development representatives (SDRs). This role will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that SDRs have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively engage prospects and close deals. Detailed Job Description The Sales Development Representative Enablement Manager will be responsible for developing and executing training and enablement programs for SDRs. This includes creating and delivering training materials, developing and delivering assessments, and providing feedback and coaching to SDRs. The Enablement Manager will also be responsible for tracking and measuring the performance of SDRs and providing regular reports to the sales and marketing teams. Additionally, the Enablement Manager will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that SDRs have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively engage prospects and close deals. • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing
• 3+ years of experience in sales enablement
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of sales and marketing processes
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Knowledge of sales enablement best practices
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing
• 3+ years of experience in sales enablement
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute training and enablement programs for SDRs

• Track and measure performance of SDRs
