Vp Of Human Resources (3006)

NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a VP of Human Resources to join our client’s team in Orlando, Florida. This is an onsite, direct hire position.

SALARY: $170-190K + bonus (depending on experience)

Requirements

• Experience managing HRIS systems and ensuring data integrity and functionality.
• 10+ years of HR experience with at 5 years in a leadership role.
• In-lieu of a degree, work-related experience is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Experience leading teams in payroll, recruiting, training, total rewards, and employee relations.
• SHRM certificate preferred (Required if no degree)
• Experience managing and developing a team of HR professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
• Passion for creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports employee engagement, retention, and growth.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage HR metrics and dashboards to track performance and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
• Lead the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll.
• Manage HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and functionality.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the recruitment function, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent.
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Manage and lead HR staff, providing direction, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
• Develop and implement training programs to support employee development and growth.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Lead the total rewards function, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
