Sr. Director Of Human Resources

This is What You'll Do:

• Establishes HR and Training and Development systems, policies, objectives, initiatives and organizational design.
• Collaborates across the business on human resource related strategy to drive a better employee experience, reduce turnover, increase retention, and lower costs on labor.
• Develops overall HR and Training strategic plans, budgets and overall departmental goals that support the strategic direction of the organization.
• Drives functional automation to ensure efficiency and effectiveness through technology.
• Develops tools and processes for effective hiring and selection of staff.
• Drives the DEI program with strategy, implementation, and rollout of furthering the program.
• Creates performance management processes, including talent assessment and succession planning, to develop internal talent pipeline.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates total compensation and benefits programs, processes, and tools in line with competitive practices
• Using a data driven model to better understand all aspects of the current workforce, trends, anticipated needs, and departures, to better drive the employee experience and lower turnover.
• Creates employment and training processes and strategies in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Leads the organization through the legal aspect of labor law changes, as well as any legal employee related issue collaborating with Sr. leadership, legal, and the teams involved by department/center.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience leading the strategy and execution of organizational cultural transformation
• Minimum ten (10) years previous experience in Human Resources management, with at least 7 years in Senior level HR Management role.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline. Masters preferred.
• Customer service focus, initiative, and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
• Must have strong business acumen with the ability to coach employees and management across a broad range of issues.
• Requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership,
• Previous experience should demonstrate advanced knowledge of HR concepts, practices and procedures, with exposure to strategic human resource management, cultural change, and organizational development.
