Our dynamic organization is seeking an experienced and innovative Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our human resources operations. This is a permanent, full-time position where the CHRO will play a key role in shaping our company culture, aligning our people strategy with business objectives, and fostering an environment that promotes growth and development.

Responsibilities

As the CHRO, you will be responsible for

• Conducting regular performance appraisals and developing a performance management system that aligns with our strategic objectives.
• Managing the human resources budget to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to attract, retain, and develop a diverse workforce that meets the current and future needs of the business.
• Organizing hiring events and managing relationships with diverse groups to ensure a vibrant and inclusive work culture.
• Leading and directing all human resources initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and workforce planning.
• Overseeing the creation and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a healthy work environment and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborating with top management to devise a strategic plan that supports the business's growth and development goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the CHRO position should have

• A background in education or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement policies and procedures in line with business needs.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a senior human resources management role.
• Proven track record in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of employee benefits, performance management systems, and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in leading HR initiatives that support business objectives and growth.
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with diverse groups and foster a diverse workforce.
• Florida Professional Educator Certificate preferred. Educational Leadership, School Principal, or Administration/Supervision preferred. Certification as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred.
• Proven experience in managing and directing personnel, overseeing talent acquisition, and executing strategic recruitment planning.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to attract, retain, and develop talent to meet business needs.
