Senior Director Of Human Resources

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with our client in the Orlando Market in a search for a Senior Director of Human Resources who will lead the strategic planning, administration, and assessment of the Human Resources department. They ensure effective execution of talent-related strategies, compliance, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains competitive compensation plans.
• Creates, examines, and revises policies and protocols that uphold the company's employment practices.
• Manages health benefits, insurance contracts, and negotiations.
• Collaborates with senior leadership to align organizational goals and culture.
• Develops programs for positive work environment and employee morale.

Qualifications:

• Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Minimum five years’ similar experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. Master’s degree and HR certifications preferred.
• Data analysis and reporting proficiency.

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Hybrid

Location: Winter Park, Florida

Salary Range $150,000-$200,000
