Your Responsibilities
Travel Expertise: Be the go-to Travel Agent by delivering expert travel recommendations that our customers love.
Engaging Outreach: Skillfully initiate conversations with potential customers through targeted outreach campaigns.
Navigating Resources: Seamlessly navigate multiple systems and resources while engaging with customers.
Reservation Excellence: Accurately book and confirm vacation reservations promptly.
Client Relationships: Maintain multiple touch points with assigned leads and update our CRM for a stellar customer experience.
Sales Champion: Consistently surpass assigned sales goals and productivity benchmarks, leveraging feedback, strategies, and prioritization.
Inbound Magic: Build new customer relationships by handling 1-2 inbound calls per hour.
Full Availability: Stay connected via phone, email, and instant message during work hours.
Team Player: Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and align with company initiatives.
Your Qualifications
Time Commitment: Embrace a full-time schedule of 35-45 hours/week, adapting as business demands require. This includes training and varied schedules.
Sales Savvy: Leverage your 1+ years of sales experience to expertly build client relationships.
Tech Whiz: Navigate the internet, instant messengers, emails, and Microsoft Office seamlessly.
Communication Pro: Excel in verbal, written, and listening communication. Take charge of outbound follow-up calls.
Coachable: Embrace regular coaching feedback to continuously improve.
Adaptability: Concentrate during shifts, whether sitting or standing, while viewing a computer screen and attending to calls.
Remote Master: Thrive in a structured, virtual call center environment with discipline and resourcefulness.
Workspace Warrior: Create a distraction-free workspace with reliable internet (minimum speeds of 5.0 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download).
