Job Description
We are in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter who will collaborate closely with our Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, as well as our hiring managers and candidates, to deliver a seamless and engaging recruitment journey. In this role, you will play an instrumental part in our hiring endeavors, with a focus on crafting an exceptional candidate experience and managing internal/external job board postings.
Location: This position offers the flexibility of remote work. Occasional travel may be required for job fairs and other hiring events. Virtual attendance at key meetings and communication within EST business hours is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of job descriptions and the creation of hiring-related templates and tools.
Post available positions on relevant job boards and career platforms.
Review resumes, conduct preliminary phone screenings, and curate shortlists of qualified candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules, guide candidates through the interview process, and collate necessary information for hiring managers.
Cultivate a positive candidate experience at every stage, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for both candidates and hiring managers.
Keep track of open positions and maintain recruitment metrics.
Innovatively seek out candidates for challenging roles, exploring methods to enhance the candidate pool.
Participate in industry-related conferences and represent the organization in recruitment and networking events.
Assist in managing the careers section on the company website, contributing to the promotion of our employer brand.
Qualifications
Previous recruiting experience of 2+ years, with exposure to life sciences or healthcare recruitment being advantageous.
A fervor for recognizing top-tier talent, engaging candidates, and contributing to the development of a premier recruiting function.
Profound grasp of end-to-end recruiting, including best practices, methods, and familiarity with relevant U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws.
Exceptional oral and written communication capabilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to delivering exemplary customer service.
Remarkable organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, and consistently meeting deadlines.
Prior involvement with a high-growth company is a notable asset.
