About The Role
As our Content Marketing Manager, you will spearhead Janji's content marketing strategy across a diverse array of platforms, including Instagram, Tiktok, email, SMS, and our home base, Janji.com. We're on the lookout for a creative visionary who can conceive and execute strategies and narratives that not only resonate but also significantly elevate the Janji brand. This pivotal role finds its home within Janji's dynamic marketing team, working alongside an Art Director, Digital Director, and Content Producer.
This is a full-time, hybrid position, with the option to work in our vibrant Somerville, MA studio two days a week. However, we are open to considering remote arrangements for exceptional candidates who share our passion.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Include
Pioneering, pitching, and developing compelling and captivating campaigns across multiple channels, encompassing email, SMS, Instagram, Tiktok, and Janji.com.
Seamless collaboration with Janji's Marketing team to ensure cohesion and excellence.
Expertly managing the editorial calendar, guaranteeing timely campaign execution and measurable outcomes.
Serving as the custodian of Janji's brand voice, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Taking charge of the entire email channel, including strategizing, copywriting, A/B testing, and utilizing the Klaviyo email software platform.
Providing valuable support to the Digital Marketing team by creating advertising copy, sponsored content, and content designed for SEO optimization.
Managing Janji's social media presence on Tiktok and Instagram, encompassing content creation and engagement with our valued followers.
Your Qualifications And Experience
Possession of a minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or communications. Given your responsibility for upholding the Janji brand voice, advanced copywriting, editing, and campaign planning skills are imperative.
A proven ability to independently plan and project manage Janji's editorial calendar, holding both yourself and others accountable for creative contributions and deadlines.
A profound understanding of contemporary social media, including platform-specific best practices and emerging trends.
Proficiency in Klaviyo or a comparable email marketing software at a medium to expert level.
Basic design skills or experience with Adobe Suite or Canva, along with the capability to create GIFs, would be highly advantageous.
Involvement in and knowledge of the trail running industry would be a definite plus.
The flexibility to work from the Janji Studio in Somerville, MA, two days a week would be advantageous, but we are open to remote work arrangements for exceptional candidates.
