Sr. Program Coordinator - Remote | Wfh

We have an exciting opening for a Sr. Program Coordinator action research hub, formerly founded by a visionary educator and policy expert. Join us on our mission to create cross-sector, community-wide systems of support and opportunity for children from birth to adulthood!
You will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our esteemed Institute for Success Planning. You will be at the forefront of collaborative action and personalization, working closely with cross-sector leaders to implement effective place-based strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Institute for Success Planning Director to design, develop, and implement community of practice programming for cross-sector leaders.
Manage the seamless operations of our community of practice, including coordinating events, logistics, and meeting materials.
Serve as the liaison to other esteemed professionals, representing our organization with pride.
Contribute to the creation of engaging and informative content for our partners within the communities of practice.
Lead, mentored, and supervise research assistants to ensure the success of our initiatives.
Coordinate site visits to partner communities, fostering valuable connections and insights.
Basic Qualifications
A minimum of 4 years of related experience.
Willingness to go above and beyond during peak periods and events.

Additional Qualifications And Skills
Master's degree in education or a related field.
A passion for peer learning and communities of practice.
Previous experience in policy or community work related to education and youth.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Proven project and program management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
