Learning Design Specialist - Remote | Wfh

We are searching for an enthusiastic and proactive Learning Experience Design Specialist to join our team. Your role will involve crafting and implementing captivating learning content for all our valued employees, contributing to their professional growth and development journey through impactful instructional programming.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and requirements.
Formulate clear learning objectives and design engaging learning activities.
Create various learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, and helpful job aids.
Continuously assess the effectiveness of learning experiences and make necessary refinements.
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to develop rich course content.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design.
Develop adaptable methodologies and meaningful programs suitable for in-person, hybrid, and remote learning setups.
Lead learning sessions aimed at cultivating vital business skills within a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment.
Forge strong partnerships with the People Team and business leaders to ensure that our programs align with the organization's evolving needs.
Qualifications
Fulfill other duties as required and assigned.
A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of direct involvement in end-to-end curriculum design and deployment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
A B.S./B.A. degree is preferred.
Possession of at least 1 year of experience in instructional design and facilitation.
Proficiency with e-authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, and similar platforms.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong project management acumen, including familiarity with project management software (e.g., Monday.com).
Proven track record of building, leading, and scaling impactful learning experiences in virtual settings.
Demonstrated execution and operational excellence.
Ability to swiftly analyze and comprehend new business challenges and scenarios.
Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and organizational finesse.
