What You'll Be Doing
As a Virtual Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, providing crucial support to our affiliate distributors. Your responsibilities will include:
Effortlessly handling data entry, order management, invoice approvals, and database management.
Becoming a wizard at promotional product research and presenting valuable data to the team.
Tackling challenges head-on, resolving various issues related to orders, invoices, and general business inquiries.
Contributing your creative flair to marketing initiatives, including managing social media, crafting engaging email campaigns, and more.
Building strong connections with our suppliers, discussing inventories, pricing, and related matters.
What You'll Bring
We believe in hiring the best, so we are looking for candidates who possess the following:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the promotional products industry.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A problem-solving prowess that can conquer any challenge that comes your way.
The ability to connect with others effortlessly, forming strong working relationships.
A keen eye for detail, staying organized and managing time effectively.
Multi-tasking mastery with various software programs, and the willingness to learn new tools as needed.
The ability to take direct instructions and complete tasks with precision.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ESP, and Sage software.
Bonus points for experience with Adobe Creative Suite (inDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), CRM, and marketing automation software.
Prior experience in virtual or remote freelance work is a definite plus.
