Role Overview
As an Office Administrator with us, you will play a crucial role in supporting both our in-office and remote teams. Your warm and professional demeanor will ensure smooth communication and efficient operations. You will be the welcoming face of our office, creating a positive first impression for guests and helping to maintain our professional image.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to our teams, both in-office and remote.
Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, Slacks, and mail, promptly and professionally.
Greet and welcome visitors, serving as the main point of contact for guests.
Coordinate internal and external appointments, managing conference room bookings and liaising with other assistants.
Collaborate across departments to enhance processes and overall efficiency.
Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, including building security.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering replacements and organizing repairs.
Arrange food for internal meetings and manage office kitchen supplies.
Handle detailed corporate expenses, tracking receipts and reimbursements.
Drive various culture initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
1-3 years of office experience, with a preference for administrative assistant experience.
Strong relationship-building skills, with an ability to engage with key stakeholders and management.
A proven track record of delivering results with dedication and care.
A proactive and collaborative attitude as a team player.
Utmost integrity and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing deadlines.
A self-driven approach with a commitment to following through on tasks.
