Your Role: Vice President of Sales
As the Vice President of Sales, you'll be the driving force behind our strategic customer development strategy. Your canvas will include Mass, Club, Department Stores, Electronics, and Grocery channels. This isn't just a role – it's a chance to shape a thriving coffee culture!
What You'll Do
Collaborate on building an innovative US business model for small appliances (think brewers) and the exciting world of branded coffee & espresso.
Create sparks of success by teaming up with strategic retailers, weaving in-store magic, and igniting a sizzling Retailer.com business.
Lead the charge in sales strategy, partnering with our Senior VP Sales, to shape our national, cross-channel go-to-market plans.
Dive into direct sales, managing diverse portfolios with multiple SKUs and crafting extraordinary account management experiences.
Set the gold standard with your leadership, cultivating a "Best in Class" national account management culture that not only meets but exceeds revenue and growth goals.
Be a bridge-builder, fostering relationships with our Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams for seamless goods flow.
Inspire your team of Category Analytics wizards to conjure insights that shine a light on business trends and opportunities.
Craft and manage strategic customer programming, ensuring pricing, rebates, and promotions are aligned for stellar growth.
Forge an uncharted path with a Sales, Distribution, and Merchandising plan, leveraging industry data and insights.
Embrace the thrill of industry events, showcasing our innovative offerings and making waves.
What You Bring

A BA/BS degree as your foundation.
A track record of sparking growth in similar FMCG categories.
10-15 years of dance with National Accounts in the Food and/or Beverage (CPG) universe or the exciting realm of small appliances/electronics.
A knack for nurturing relationships, closing deals, and building trust that lasts.
Jedi-level negotiation skills – you're the Obi-Wan of persuading and influencing.
The magic of data, coupled with persuasive communication, for impactful decision-making.
A knack for thriving in a fast-paced, innovative, and entrepreneurial environment.
A flair for scaling and nurturing teams, plus a passion for driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Strong interpersonal skills for seamless navigation within our dynamic organization.
A superpower in managing details and timelines without breaking a sweat.
