Who we seek:

We’re looking for a Global Recruiter to join our growing team, reporting to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition. This person will work closely with multiple hiring managers across our departments globally. Talent Acquisition is a core strategic driver of BigID’s success, we play a key role in attracting, developing & retaining the best talent.

What you’ll do:

• Engage applicants from the screening process through offer negotiation, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
• Develop relationships at all levels of the business, meet regularly with leaders to understand business needs, and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies
• Work effectively with peers and leaders across the company to ensure the selection process results in quality hires
• Develop unique sourcing strategies, including social networking and direct sourcing, resulting in pipelines that meet aggressive hiring goals
• Manage a requisition load of 15+ openings
• Source, recruit, interview, and close

What you’ll bring:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A proven record of creative sourcing strategies
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment while wearing many hats
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment required
• 3+ years recruiting experience ideally in a software/start-up company where you were responsible for sourcing and closing talent
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases, specifically Greenhouse

This is a contract opportunity with an hourly rate of $40-50/hr, working October to February.
