Executive Search Recruiter (Contract to Full-Time Conversion)

Responsibilities:
· Execute a talent acquisition advisory and search strategy with a focus on direct sourcing or active and passive top leadership talent that include Directors through SVP executives.
· Directly manage leadership searches, deliver market mapping, and insights to inform business hiring decisions for Engineering, Product, Sales, Manufacturing, and Business Unit organizations.
· Engage and cultivate a network of executive-level candidates with diverse backgrounds for current and future opportunities.
· Design and negotiate compensation packages and close offers with executive and leadership candidates.
· Build strong relationships with business partners, compensation and executive leaders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruiting solutions.
· Market and brand the executive search function internally across the entire company to establish trust and confidence in the capability to support leadership recruiting needs.
· Create a strategy for long term engagement of leadership candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience that represents our brand in the best manner.
· Suggest enhancements to our processes to align with our commitment to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree plus 8-10 years in-house executive search experience or combination search firm and in-house experience at a technology company.
· Advanced verbal, written, consulting, and communication skills in order to market company value proposition and opportunities to executive candidates.
· Ability to present candidates to executive clients and business partners, understand the key conversion factors of candidates, and close them.
· Proven ability to think strategically, develop strategic plans and successfully execute on those plans; as well as the expertise to effectively use interpersonal skills and influencing techniques with leaders at all levels of the organization.
· Strong time management and analytical skills, highly organized, ability to prioritize multiple search projects and responsibilities.
· Ability to handle ambiguity, sometimes stressful and confidential situations with professionalism.
· High energy, enthusiasm, passion for executive recruitment, and sense of urgency.
· Workday and Eightfold experience a plus.
· Travel may be required, approximately 10% for team meetings.
