The role:

As the Technical Program Manager for SoFi Platform - Identity & Experience, you will help define, own, and manage horizontal technical initiatives that power every current and future SoFi digital experience. This broadly impactful and highly visible role will require you to collaborate across organizational boundaries with cross-functional leaders in engineering, product, design, business, risk, operations, privacy, legal, and other critical functions to drive the strategy and execution of Platform initiatives.

The ideal candidate for this role exhibits passion and curiosity for highly complex technical initiatives, meticulous attention to detail, tenacious commitment to delivering results with quality and expediency, and exemplary written and verbal communication skills. In this role, the Platform organization will look to you to set big, ambitious goals, be gritty, and hold yourself and your cross-functional teams accountable to deliver on behalf of our members.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and implement processes and mechanisms that enable the Platform team to operate efficiently as our business scales
• Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders outside of technology (e.g., Compliance/Legal) in order to support the identification and remediation of audit-related findings
• Partner with cross-functional leaders across SoFi to drive the strategy and execution of broad, horizontal technical initiatives
• Own planning, execution, and communication of Platform initiatives to senior leaders from all areas of SoFi

What you’ll need:

• Strong sense of ownership and bias for action
• Ability to partner effectively across levels and functions
• Logical, structured, and data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally within an engineering and technical discipline
• Experience influencing stakeholders and executive leadership through clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale, enterprise-level programs successfully
• 6+ years of experience in technical (software, data, engineering) program management

Compensation And Benefits

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
