In just 3 years, we are a team of 29 bringing in millions in revenue. We are not done growing, we want/need more folks to take over new cities from both the Business Development and Recruitment side.
Your role can be straight BD, straight recruiting or a mix bag of both. You decide not ME!

Green Key Resources is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our rapidly growing team in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction Management National Division. Our entrepreneurial environment and competitive commission structure makes this an extremely lucrative opportunity for a money motivated candidate. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to play an integral role in our expansion in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction Management National Division. Ideally 2 to 5+ years experience.
Responsibilities:
* Full life-cycle of recruiting of technical professionals for contract and direct hire roles
* Cold calling, pre-screening candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, reviewing resumes and assessing candidates' applications.
* Utilizing both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in your market.
* Network, build and maintain relationships with HR, Hiring Managers.
* Maintain network of candidates using company's applicant tracking system.

Qualifications
* BA/BS Degree
* Experience sourcing/recruiting for positions in a technical industry is preferred
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proven success working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
