Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and independent recruiter to join our team on a contract basis (1099). As an independent recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with top-tier talent for various positions within our organization. Your ability to source, evaluate, and attract qualified candidates will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
- Utilize diverse sourcing strategies, including online platforms, networking, and industry events, to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
- Initiate personalized outreach to prospective candidates, fostering interest and rapport for potential opportunities.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for key roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Recruitment and Evaluation:
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide valuable insights on candidate suitability.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from screening and interviewing candidates to coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
Business Development:
- Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and understanding of our offerings.
- Identify and establish connections with potential clients or business partners to expand the organization's recruitment services.
- Present the organization's value proposition and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of clients.
Market Insights and Strategy:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with current market dynamics and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously refine recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging recruitment practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Proven experience as an independent talent acquisition specialist, incorporating sourcing, recruiting, and business development activities.
- Ability to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for various roles.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with candidates and clients.
- Strong sourcing skills, including the use of Boolean searches, social media, and industry networking.
- Understanding of ethical and legal considerations in talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and client relationship management.
Contract Details:
- Contract terms and compensation structure will be negotiated upon selection.
- Remote work option available, enabling you to manage your own schedule.
- This is a contract position (1099) offering flexibility in work arrangements.
- Compensation will be commission-based, linked to successful candidate placements and business development outcomes.
