100% REMOTE IT Recruiter position for our company Maxis Group. If you look at our Recruiter tenure, we have ALL been here 7-20 YEARS!!! That speaks VOLUMES about what a great company Maxis Group is!! We are small but mighty which means a bigger piece of the action for you!! We currently have 6 recruiters (but billing MILLIONS) and are looking for another recruiter to join our growing team. We have too many jobs to recruit and need another pair of hands and we hope you are the person to help us out!

Most of our clients (about 75-80%) are direct client manager hires that we have worked with for 20+ years!! (not submitting to the vendor management blackhole)

Basic Skills-

• Proven experience in technical recruiting

• Ability to recruit software engineers, business analyst, quality assurance testers, data analyst, system engineer, network engineer, etc.

• Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and prescreen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner.
