Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a selective pool of qualified candidates as required by the position using sourcing strategies such as active candidate sourcing, utilization of existing ATS, and employment of innovative methodologies to fill open positions.
- Source, attract, and onboard the best talent in the world for technologies Atom provides services and solution for, specifically Oracle Cloud (SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS).
- Work as a key member in supporting the company’s Diversity Initiatives with a focus on networking and talent acquisition.
- Desire to enhance existing network to find qualified passive candidates by attending networking events on behalf of Atom as able to.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to determine appropriate sourcing strategy as needed and based on business needs.
- Seek opportunities to remove obstacles and implement complex and unique recruiting approaches.
- Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications.
- Screen selected candidates for validation of skills, experience, qualifications, and knowledge in relation to position requirements using standardized behavioral-based interview/screening techniques.
- Enhancement of online recruitment systems and existing platforms through professional expertise to achieve desired results.
- Seek out well-qualified applicants and further encourage them to apply for available positions.
- Utilize tools to build and maintain a candidate pipeline such as job boards, job fairs, social media, networking.
- Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements.
- Ensure efficiency with processes such as compliance, offer negotiation, etc.
- Create and maintain strong networking relationships with internal customers and external talent sources.
- Post positions, execute sourcing strategies, screen/submit candidates and conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure effective fulfillment of requisitions in timely manner.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer technical questions.
- Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies.
- Experience with internet research – Prior use of LinkedIn.
- Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
- Exceptional initiative, with the ability to extract information and work autonomously when required.
- Must have proven success in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred along with thorough knowledge of IT and/or shared services industry recruitment.
- Ability and competency to carry out responsibilities in a manner that exceeds expectations.
- A strong sense of urgency and ownership, with a high level of confidentiality.
- Established path of success in candidate generation & strong candidate assessment skills.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally.
- 5+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience.
- Previous experience interviewing and assessing potential hires for technology positions.
