What will I be doing?
As the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will shape the talent attraction strategy to acquire the best talent leading hiring for the Americas. You will be an integral part of the Global Talent Acquisition leadership team and lead in establishing best practices and overall recruiting experience.
As an expert in talent acquisition, you’ll partner closely with the business and HR key stakeholders to diagnose, design, deliver, and analyze the effectiveness of talent acquisition solutions. You’ll bring a mix of key leadership competencies where you leverage your talent acquisition expertise and business orientation to create an impact.
Job Responsibilities
You will lead a vision on talent strategy to create a best-in-class talent acquisition function including the following responsibilities:
  • Lead a group of People Managers and provide leadership and direction to the entire recruiting team.
  • Leverage recruiting metrics and analytics to provide insights, drive decision-making, and measure team productivity.
  • Inspire and coach the team while driving a high level of performance against our hiring needs; Create an engaging environment for the team to contribute and thrive.
  • Continuous innovation and deployment of best-in-class talent acquisition practices, technology, and sourcing solutions.
  • Partner with Leadership to understand staffing needs and priorities to develop both short-term and long-term recruiting strategies ensuring that all staffing efforts meet the business objectives.
  • Lead top branding cost-effective strategies to further Circana’s employment brand and candidate experience,
Key Competencies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively; experience working in an organization that has gone through mergers or restructuring preferred.
  • Expertise in the areas of building and leading a department or function through an evolving business is highly preferred.
  • Inclusive approach to leadership, actively seeking and considering different perspectives to inform decisions and build trust.
  • Expert storytelling ability, articulating and driving a clear and compelling vision and purpose that motivates others to follow and creates actions and results.
  • A holistic approach to change, leading, designing, and executing complex programs processes, and initiatives is highly preferred.
Requirements
  • Ability to develop and implement recruiting programs with excellent strategic and creative thinking, project management, and analytic skills.
  • Proven expertise in developing strategic partnerships with senior management and influencing key hiring decisions, preferably in a fast-paced organizational environment.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize different needs and plans to accommodate a broad range of stakeholders and responsibilities.
  • BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience; Master’s Degree or other related advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience in leading People Managers for a minimum of 3 years with an overall 12+ years in a corporate recruiting environment leading the recruiting function.
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $150,000.
This job is also eligible for [bonus/incentive/commissions/equity] pay.
