Talent Acquisition Specialist - Remote ($21.04 - $31.56 / Hour)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Process and review background checks, employment authorization, and offer letters
• Participate in cross-functional projects with the Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and HFT teams
• Act as a company ambassador and advocate for potential candidates and associates
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
• Promote Employer as the employer of choice by sharing information about the company culture, benefits, and opportunities
• Maintain recruitment activity reports
• Schedule interviews and travel arrangements for candidates
• Drive continuous process improvements in a demanding and changing business environment
• Open and post new requisitions to company and external job boards
• Provide phone and email support to prospective associates and hiring managers
• Deliver consistent results in TA processes, policies, and procedures
• Greet and accompany candidates for interviews
• Execute new store opening process and assist others when needed
• Provide recruiting administration and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team
• Offer sourcing and networking strategies to all hiring managers

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree (not required)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Experience with job postings, social media, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting tools
• Excellent communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Use keyboard and read from computer screen and reports
• Lift up to 15 lbs.
• General office environment with extended periods of standing, walking, and sitting
• Ability to speak and listen to others in person and over the phone

Additional Information

The anticipated range for this position is $21.04 - $31.56 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates can enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
