Join our team at the Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) and be part of an organization that is dedicated to improving health care equity, access, and outcomes for the people we serve. As the overseer of Health First Hiring Company (Hiring Company's Medicaid Program) and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+), we are committed to driving value for Hiring Company while saving Coloradans money on health care. Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants
  • Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
  • Ensure staffing needs for American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funded positions are met, with a focus on long-term talent strategy
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to establish clear expectations
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments


Experience


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field, plus two years of professional experience in human resources or talent acquisition
  • Six years of experience in human resources or talent acquisition
  • Additional appropriate related education can substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis


Preferred Experience


  • Prior experience working with an HRIS
  • Public sector HR experience
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Prior experience with high volume data entry
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
